Join master chocolatier Melissa for a sweet, hands-on introduction to the art of chocolate making. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how and why to temper chocolate, practice decorating molds, and gain practical tips for troubleshooting common challenges.
Each participant will leave with six handcrafted chocolate medallions, along with a sample of supplies to continue experimenting at home.
This workshop takes place in the kitchen of the Silva House at the Alex Fraser Research Forest.
