Into the Woods – Finding community, connection, and calm through nature.
Are you looking for a stronger sense of community, a lasting sense of calm and a deeper connection to yourself and nature? Set aside two beautiful hours for yourself. We’ll explore our deep connection to nature through a mindful forest walk, group meditation and an opportunity to connect deeper to other like minded souls.
No experience needed. The walk will be taken slowly on a 1.4km trail with some slight inclines. Please wear appropriate shoes and come dressed for variable weather. Please bring a yoga mat or something waterproof to sit on.
